Is this Mastery retreat right for you?
The TransforMD Mastery Retreat is right for you if:
You are a woman physician (MD or DO) at any stage of your life or career.
You are looking for a practical, supportive, transformative way to re-design your professional or personal life (in a beautiful, serene setting).
You prefer personalized small group intensives to huge rooms and podium lectures.
You are ready to take action.
You want a real plan to accelerate success or even change your career.
You are open to exploring meditation for high performance and resilience.
But this experience isn’t right for everyone. In fact, it’s only for a small number of women physicians who are serious about reclaiming control over their lives. The TransforMD Mastery Retreat may not be right for you if:
You aren’t willing to be honest with yourself about your desires, decisions, and circumstances.
You don’t think major changes in your life are worth investment of your time, energy, and finances.
You’re looking for a pep talk in a vacation setting, but are resigned to return to the status quo after the event.
You tend to place blame externally instead of focusing internally on your locus of control.
Our faculty are uniquely qualified.
We've been where you are.
We know what it takes to succeed in academic medicine and in private practice. And we also know how to do much more.
We don't just talk the talk.
We walk the walk.
We have real life experience earning substantial income in many domains: medical, non-medical, industry, consulting, coaching, teaching, entrepreneurship, writing, professional speaking.
